Practice with Purpose - Holiday Ashtanga Series

This holiday season, deepen your practice and support a meaningful cause with the Practice with Purpose: Holiday Ashtanga Series hosted by renowned Ashtanga teachers Taylor Hunt and Melissa Matt. This three-part series offers an opportunity to refine your practice, nurture your body, and give back, with all proceeds benefiting the Trini Foundation, which provides access to yoga for individuals in recovery.

Event Details:

1. Led Intermediate with Conference
📅 December 14, 2024 - 8am to 10am
Immerse yourself in the traditional Led Intermediate Series, guided by Melissa Matt. This class will challenge and inspire you, followed by a conference where Melissa will discuss the practice’s deeper aspects, answer questions, and share her insights on Ashtanga yoga.

2. Holiday Destress: Shoulder and Hip Mobility Workshop
📅 December 21, 2024 - 11am to 1pm
Prepare your body for the holiday season with a targeted workshop designed to release tension and improve mobility in the shoulders and hips. Taylor Hunt and Melissa Matt will lead you through key techniques to enhance flexibility, leaving you feeling balanced and rejuvenated.

3. Led Primary Series with Conference
📅 January 1, 2025 - 8am to 10am
Start the new year with clarity and intention through the Led Primary Series with Taylor Hunt. This practice will be followed by a conference, offering reflections on the year ahead and the importance of integrating yoga into everyday life.
