- How do we think about “strength” regarding mental health, sobriety, managing stress/grief, & the importance of practice and community?
- When is it accessible? When is it challenging? How does it help maintain our resilience?
- What does unbroken mean to us... in sobriety? Our commitment to practice? Our passion? Discipline? Self-belief? Willpower? Mental fortitude? Connection to community?
